When will I receive my order?

Please keep in mind that many of our products are made by hand and we will need 5 to 7 business days to process your order. Once completed, you should receive your order within 10 to14 business days after the processing time is complete. You will receive an email when your order ships and once it is out for delivery.

How can I track my order?

International tracking will be available once product has shipped. We are not responsible for any delays or losses caused by Canada Post. Contact them directly if there are any issues: this is the quickest solution. If not, contact us and we'll gladly help!

Can I return/exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. However, you have 7 days to exchange any item as long as it is not damaged, worn or washed. Fill out our form on the "Contact Us" page and we will get back to you within 72 hours.

 

Can I cancel/modify my order once it has been confirmed?

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of submitting your order. After that, only exchanges are accepted. The purchase price of your order when it was placed is the final price. We do not offer price adjustments on orders placed before or after a sale or a promotion.

What are the care instructions?

Each product specifies its care instructions on the product page in the description. Follow the instructions to ensure the longevity of your satin lined item(s) and its ability to care for your natural hair.
